We wrote this page like we’re explaining it to a friend — no legal gibberish, no 20-page wall of text.
Here’s the truth: we hate creepy data stuff even more than you do.
We keep the absolute minimum, lock it down like Fort Knox, and give you the keys to delete or change anything whenever you want.
Your trust is everything to us. If we ever break it, we don’t deserve to exist.

- Hosting & security → Cloudflare (zero-logging on personal data)
- Analytics → Google Analytics (anonymised)
Every single one has a strict data-processing agreement with us. Data never leaves the EU.
Data Retention & Security
How Long We Keep Data
- Newsletter emails → until you unsubscribe
- Comment data → as long as the article exists (you can ask for deletion anytime)
- Analytics → anonymised after 26 months max
- Server logs → 12 months for security, then gone
When you say “delete me,” it’s gone within 24 hours — permanently.
Protection Measures
Military-grade encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), servers in secure European data centres, regular external penetration tests, and only two people on the entire team can even see the newsletter list (and it’s encrypted from us too unless absolutely necessary).
We treat your data better than we treat our own.
